A web application for associations of co-owners (Users) of apartment buildings (condominium associations), where each association (Companies) has its own dedicated space for publishing and managing posts (Posts).

The project focuses on practicing the development of a full-featured backend application with a role-based model, REST API, access policies, and a lightweight frontend built with Alpine.js.
Additionally, the project is evolving towards integrating an AI-powered assistant based on Laravel AI SDK. The assistant will act as an in-app chat, helping users navigate the system.
